where are you getting the springs from???

I called Progress for some questions then decided to go with them so I hooked a friend up in Saginaw with the local Progress Distributor and ordered through his shop.

The teg lower and upper control arms will not work since they are different than the civic lower control arms. If you do the teg rear disc conversion you must use the civic lower control arms and only the trailing arms from the integra. I would find an SI lower control arms at the local wrecker and then swap them in if you want the lower bar.
